SANSA CONSULTORA E.A.S. ("SANSA", "we"), Asunción, Paraguay, is responsible for the personal data collected through this website. Contact: contacto@sansa.com.py. We collect only what we need to answer you or send you what you asked for, and we do not sell personal data.
What we collect. Through the contact form: name, organisation, country, the service you are interested in and your message. Through the newsletter: your email address. Our hosting provider also processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it, and why. To reply to your enquiry and, if you commission work, to scope it. To send the SANSA Political Newsletter, only if you subscribed; every email has an unsubscribe link. To keep the site secure. Our legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form or subscribe, and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.
Who processes it. Cloudflare (hosting and database), Resend (email delivery) and Google Workspace (our email). Some of them operate outside Paraguay, so your data may be transferred to and processed in other countries.
Cookies. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it. Enquiries, up to 24 months after our last contact. Newsletter addresses, until you unsubscribe.
Your rights. You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contacto@sansa.com.py. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the competent data protection authority in Paraguay.
Applicable law. We handle personal data in line with Paraguayan law, including Law No. 7593/2025 on Personal Data Protection.
Changes. We will update the date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes.
